1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Skullda (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Skullda provides an AI-powered marketing automation platform. Our autonomous agents handle social media content, email outreach, competitor research, and performance reporting. The Service operates on a credit-based billing model.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account, including AI-generated content published on your behalf.
4. Payments & Credits
Credits are purchased in packs and consumed as agents run. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
5. AI-Generated Content
Skullda uses AI models to generate content. We make no guarantees about accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of outputs. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your data and content. The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by Skullda. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skullda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, remaining credits are forfeited.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
